Alt-rap veteran El-P has announced a new album entitled Cancer for Cure, which will be the followup to 2007's I'll Sleep When You're Dead. YPOIW favorite Danny Brown, Killer Mike, Mr. Muthafuckin' eXquire, Paul Banks of Interpol, and others are all set to make guest appearances on the album.
