Remember a certain list I did last week chronicling the metal and hardcore albums I was looking forward to for the remainder of 2012? Well, needless to say it was far too short of a list, but here's one album I can add to that list: Birds in Row's You, Me, & the Violence. Birds in Row is a band from France of all places that I was unfortunately unaware of until recently. They have a noisy, chaotic style of hardcore and post-hardcore that I instantly hit it off with, and that style is emulated very well on the first track to be released from the new album, "Police & Thieves". And it's no surprise considering the band's new album is going to be distributed by none other than Deathwish Inc., which houses some of the best hardcore bands in the biz including Loma Prieta, Punch, Touché Amoré and of course Converge! Birds in Row are another band on that roster to look out for, and you can look out for You, Me, & the Violence on Deathwish later this year!
