Loveable nerd rapper Milo is preparing for the release of his double EP entitled Things That Happen At Day // Things The Happen At Night early next year and we recently were regaled with a track from the project.
The track "Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc (For Schopenhauer)" is a bit of a change up as far as style goes for Milo. The beat produced by Analog(ue) Tape Dispenser is one of the more sparse, spacious and atmospheric beats that Milo has ever rapped over. While Milo does give us the same deadpan vocal delivery that he has over his first two releases, there are tiny hints of singing all over this track. His flow also feels a bit more jerky to me, but not in a bad way at all.
Watch out for Things That Happen At Day // Things The Happen At Night when it comes out on January 1, 2013.
