Picture this: 16 flying robots, each omitting its own ray of white light, using the air as a dance floor to create a hypnotic visual symphony. It sounds like a scene to which synthesizer experimentalist Oneohtrix Point Never's music would be the perfect soundtrack, does it not? Apparently, the thought struck creative advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi as well. With a type of robot called "quadrotors" at their disposal, the collective created a show titled "Meet Your Creator," which set the "dancing" of these machines to a composition from Oneohtrix Point Never. The project's debut took place at the company's New Directors' Showcase at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
