With the recent news of a Feist/Mastodon split, I speak for all of us when I say 2 things: 1st - what the fuck, and 2nd - what's next? We can only hope it's a collaboration between Sufjan Stevens and Beyonce. I'm even holding out hope for a Lou Reed/Metallica full album collaboration or Jack White and Insane Clown Posse to do some tracks together. #OHWAIT

Austin K. (@AustinKirley) - I've been pining over the decreasing quality of [adult swim] and have been drowning my sorrows in [as] bump music; specifically Psyche Origami, Nujabes, and LFO.
Danny Spiteri (@Dannyspiterijr) - I've been appreciating the ambition of the new Roots album, obsessing over Clams Casino's Instrumentals, and catching up on a number of 2011 albums from earlier this year that I've missed.
Jack Hayter (@gonnahayt) - I've been delving deeper into Miles Davis' discography and catching up with a few more 2011 releases from Cloud Nothings and the Stepkids.
Josh Custodio (@_allmyfriends) - I spent my week editing, eating too much pho, and wondering if Brent Hinds and Feist will ever date.
Kyle Shoemaker (@_Shoey) - I've been on a nostalgic trip through all 3 of Ozma's pre breakup albums and concluding that I still love them just as much as ever, even if there is a song about Natalie Portman on Rock & Roll Pt. 3. Otherwise I've been listening to Danny Brown's XXX and tweeting my favorite lines. I've also been grooving along to the debut release from Yellowbirds.
Mark Gillis (@Mark__Gillis) - This week I've been trying to really narrow down my year end album list. I've given Bon Iver lots of closer listens and decided it's great. I've also just discovered Chad VanGaalen so I've been playing Diaper Island nonstop.
Steve Jones (@vestenet) - I'm taking care of late registration whilst listening to Late Registration, learning about Momus' penis, and bouncing along with production music from Ren & Stimpy.
TTK (@TelepathicKid) - I've been indulging in the old school breakbeats of the new Zomby EP, dancing to Machinedrum's Room(s) and spinning Luke Vibert's YosepH, which I recently got on vinyl.
