YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #38: "Steve-Voice"

On this week's episode of the podcast Robby, Nick, and Steve talk about various music before talking about John Zorn's Naked City at great length... again. Nick also tries his best hand at impersonating Steve to what we all agree is great success. Sorry about the audio issues again, but you really shouldn't expect anything better from us.

To hear this week's episode I recommend you take the time to find YPOIW on iTunes. If you prefer it a direct download can be found here.

SPECIAL NOTE:

I apologize that nobody posted episode 37 on the blog, I was away on vacation at the time. If you'd like to hear this "lost" episode, it is also available on our iTunes feed or as a convenient direct download here.

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #36: "Godzilla Dad"

On this long overdue episode of the podcast we attempt to sound coherent and generate interesting conversation but instead we just talk about how terrible we are. Things pick up a bit when Alex busts out his genre game. After all that momentum things start to get really weird when we dive back into lightning round and get endlessly distracted by YouTube videos and crazy tangents.

To hear this week's episode of the podcast please look for YPOIW on iTunes. If you want a direct download please click HERE.

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #35: "Podcast Ninja"

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #33: "F*** This Oatmeal!"

In which Josh finally makes his triumphant return to the podcast, and proceeds to incessantly fight with Robby about mustaches. Their only common ground is a mutual disdain for a certain soggy breakfast item. 2 music podcasters enter, and only one can leave.

To hear this fantastic new episode of Your Podcast Is Wrong please look for YPOIW on iTunes (rate and subscribe if you hate oatmeal!). If you're the type that prefers a direct download, you're in luck!

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #32: "A Brutal Panning"

On this week's episode of the podcast we've got a full house and a new Flying Lotus album to talk about. Unfortunately for FlyLo, he couldn't escape the wrath of Panny Spiteri. #pray4music

To hear this week's episode please look for YPOIW on iTunes (please rate and subscribe). If you're the type who prefers a direct link, or just a Flying Lotus apologist that doesn't want your friends to know how much you really hate him... please click here.

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #31: "McPodcast"

This week's episode went a little long because we screwed up and lightning round lasted an entire hour. There's some music talk this week too, as well as a discussion on concert etiquette where Robby tells a fascinating story about a raging concert goer he recently encountered.

To hear this week's episode please look for YPOIW on iTunes (please rate and subscribe or the grimace will eat you). If you're the type of person that prefers a direct link, LEAVE ME ALONE.

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #29: Für Elise.

Greetings, fellow purveyors of wrong opinons! Episode 29 of our continuing podcast adventure is available for listening. Austin, Alex, Nick and Steve tackle such topics as the recent Animal Collective album, the controversial Pitchfork People's List and the role that mixtapes have played in our musical histories (minus Austin).

Be sure to send a follow and a message towards our Twitter @YPOIW! You'll get something good in return, we promise (disclaimer: your perception of "good" may be wrong).

Be a champ and subscribe to our weekly ramblings on iTunes, or you can download the mp3 directly from here, if that's more your style.

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #26: Ubiquitous Side Chaining

On this week's edition of the podcast the guys attempt to talk about music and instead have an extended talk about Anime and  crazy Sonic the Hedgehog fans. Do NOT google your name plus "The Hedgehog"... ever.

To hear this week's episode please look for YPOIW on iTunes (rate and subscribe!). If you prefer the freedom of a direct download please click here.

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #25: "The Solid Snake Rises"

The latest edition of the podcast is a bit of a departure from our normal programming. This episode is almost entirely about the conclusion to Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy The Dark Knight Rises. If you haven't seen the movie YOU SHOULD NOT BE LISTENING TO THIS... please recognize that this podcast is essentially an hour and 45 minutes of spoilers.

To hear this podcast I direct your attention to YPOIW on iTunes (please rate and subscribe). If you prefer a direct download, set your secretive autopilot to THIS LINK.

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #24: "A Triumphant Return to Black Metal"

On this week's Your Podcast Opinion Is Wrong, Austin and Robby exhaustively discuss the ins and outs of black metal, hopelessly alienating Mark, our most Canadian contributor.  He's such a trooper.

To listen to this fantastic episode, simply subscribe to the podcast through the iTunes Store or download it directly by right clicking this lovely blue text.  While you're there, why don't you do us a favor by writing us a nice review?  We'd greatly appreciate it.

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #22: "FUCK KIOSKS"

On this exciting new edition of the podcast Kyle and Mark talk about their experiences in Toronto during NXNE. More accurately: Kyle gets mad at inanimate objects and Mark tries to console him. Austin barely talks for the first time ever.

To hear this week's edition of the podcast please check us out on iTunes (please rate and subscribe). If you're not down with Apple and would like a direct download, fuck off. :)

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #21: "Party Hard"

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #20: "JUGG O)))"

On this week's episode of the podcast we try to have a plan and instead we just talk about video games and jug bands. There's very little music talk on this one so if you like long rambling tangents this episode is for you!

You can hear this week's episode either by finding YPOIW on iTunes (please rate and subscribe!) or clicking HERE for a direct download.

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #19: "A Half-Year In Review"

On this brand new episode of the phenomenally successful Your Podcast Opinion is Wrong, Austin, Nick, Steve, Danny and Alex discuss some of their favorite records of the year so far.  Neutral Milk Hotel mashup albums, EPs recorded in chicken coops, and Nick's incessant but charming giggling are thoroughly discussed.

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #16: "The Internet Is Weird"

On this week's episode we fail miserably at podcasting and later fail again in our attempts to talk about music and settle into a shameful groove of 90s internet culture. Werner Herzog is discussed in detail despite none of us being particularly versed in his films. How old is Bugs Bunny? All this and more!

YOUR PODCAST OPINION IS WRONG #9: Nick is a Racist
